Hi, I am looking for a roommate. My house is a clean well kept place which has a spare double bedroom which I am looking to rent out. This can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.
I have 2 small dogs who have access to the whole house however would not have access to your bedroom. They are very energetic and friendly who on occasion do bark (like most dogs haha).
The house has access to a drive and a well sized garden which you are more then welcome to use.
I work 2 days in the office so the majority of the time I will be working from home.
