The house has a nice garden, a shared bathroom and a beautiful dining room with large dining table, perfect for dinner parties or working from home.

The house is colourful and cosy with plenty of greenery, art and books. Looking for someone who is also happy to keep the house clean and tidy.

Easy access to Birmingham city centre (Bournville Station is a 20 min walk away and very close to Bristol Road for the bus which takes 20 mins). If you hop on your bike it's even quicker and very picturesque!

Surrounded by parks and just around the corner from Stirchley and Kings Heath. An ideal location for anyone who's a bit of a foodie, loves a good coffee and nice walk along the canal.

I am looking for a friendly professional, who is tidy and considerate. I work from home. In my spare time I enjoy visiting galleries, socialising at weekends and chilling in the evening with a glass of wine. I'm a sociable person who loves a chat, but I also enjoy my own company and a quiet night in with a film or a good book.
