Double bedroom on the middle-floor of a 3-storey semi-detached house.

All bills included.

You will be the 2nd person of two living in a 3-bedroom house. There will be no 3rd housemate.

*LOCATION*
2 minute walk to Hall Green station (8-min train to Birmingham city centre). Very quiet cul-de-sac. 4-min walk to Tesco Express and multiple supermarkets within 4-8min drive. 12 min drive to the M42.

*THE HOUSE*
7-yrs old, semi-detached. 2-car driveway and plenty of on-street parking. Recently redecorated and all furnishings are less than 2yrs old.

*THE BEDROOM*
Double bed with storage including under-bed drawers, chest of drawers and wardrobe/closet. The bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, cabinet) on the adjacent landing is your private area.

*OTHER ROOMS*
Office room (communal use) with desk and sofa-bed should you have guests over. Living room has sofa and chair whilst kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine and extendable dining table which just about hosts 6! Modest garden with shed that holds some exercise equipment (happy to be communal). The bottom floor has a WC.

*YOUR HOUSEMATE*

I'm a 27-year-old female student who also works full-time, and I currently reside in this house. At the moment I am the sub-landlord, responsible for overseeing the property while the primary landlord is abroad for work.
