Due to Birmingham council licencing, I can only have 4 tenants in this huge house, so it’s very calm and chilled.

The house also offers additional toilet on the ground floor, shared living/dining area (smart TV in the living room), garden and off street parking for one car.

Property is located walking distance to Gravelly Hill station, from where train takes just over 10minutes to get to city centre. All bills are included in the rent.
