Hi,
The room is in 2 storey welcoming house.
Rental is Monday to Friday only - not on weekends.
The room with double bed is in the first floor. Bills are included. For single use only! No couple please.
The tenant can leave there belongings in the room during the weekend if needed - there is a wardrobe with a lock.
On the same floor there is a family bathroom that will be used mainly by the person renting the room and weekend visitors.
We have our own bathroom and room on the second floor.
The ground floor is an open space with a living room/kitchen and dinning room.
We both work, are respectful and easy to live with.
