Looking for a clean, peaceful, and easygoing female flatmate to join a peaceful two-bed, two-bath flat in a friendly, quiet building with great shared facilities.

My current flatmate (who’s super introverted and respectful) is moving out after nearly 2 years of living together, and I’m hoping to find someone with a similar calm, chill energy.

• You’ll have your own ensuite (no sharing bathrooms!)
• Free on-site gym, cinema room, a common lounge, and printing room
• Located in a modern, well-maintained building
• Chill and homely atmosphere no party energy here

About Me:
• I work from home
• I’m a tiny bit introverted, clean, and spend most of my time in my room (TV, work, or cooking)
• I host a girls’ night once or twice a year, with notice of course
• my flatmate and i mostly text even when we’re both home no pressure to socialize with eachother
• I’ll offer you food if I cook, and might borrow your milk if I run out super chill, respectful vibe, super friendly!

Looking For:
• A female flatmate who is quiet, clean, friendly and considerate
• Someone who enjoys their own company and doesn’t mind a peaceful space
• Not into loud music, big gatherings, or turning the flat into a social hub
• Non-smoker( its a smoke free house and building. Very sensitive to the smell

Visitors, family members are welcomed of course this is your home too but it’s not a place for frequent noise or social traffic. I am very respectful and considerate of the people i live with, ideally want to live with same.

Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £688/month
• Bills: Not included, usually £215–£230PP/month depending on usage
• We split actual bills equally each month no fixed rate
