Room Available in Friendly Houseshare

Hello :)

I am looking for a housemate to live in my home in Quinborne (Quinton but only a 15 min walk from Harborne High St)
I own the house and you will be living with me.
The room available isn't massive but it is big enough for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and there is plenty of room for storage in the house!
There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs loo too :)Large living room and kitchen, laundry room, and a garden with a fishpond.
The house is completely off the road, so it's quiet... and there is parking available... it's a quiet area but the pubs and ammenities are down the road!
I love living here...
I am very friendly and chatty... my only rule is respect... I like to talk about any issues that arise before they cause a problem and everything is always fine and relaxed.
I'm a mature student at BCU and do a couple of shifts in care a week, so I'm all over the place, but don't live the typical student life style, partying and squalor! (not being judgmental, just can't handle the hangovers, I'm jealous really).

Oh and it's pet friendly to an extent... I have a little cat and my housemate is getting a kitten, so if you had a pet that could get on with them that's cool! (Sorry no doggies)
