The area is green and leafy local shops and leisure centre within walking distance to alcester road south and bus routes 1, 76, 31 , 50 & 11 buses walking distance,

Currently myself living at the property, I am possibly considering a pet cat so let me know your thoughts on this. No dogs sorry.. strictly no smoking.

There are two double rooms upstairs and two downstairs, one with garden access. May consider renting to a couple as the rooms are big enough. Extra £200 on rent. Thanks
