Hi I have a room in Birmingham lady wood Birmingham 5 bed house, 4 rooms currently occupied by students all in their 2nd and final year of university. All tenants work 90% of the time they’re not at university. En-suite bed room for rent isolated on the ground floor all other bedrooms on second and third floor. Open plan living room with kitchen and skylight also a garden at the back. It is 1 quick train stop from Birmingham New street station good for those who attended Aston university and Birmingham City University and it is also suitable for those who attend The University of Birmingham as it is only 1 quick stop to the University on the train. It is also a 15 min bus ride into city centre and Birmingham new street station and from there it is approximately just under a 10 min walk to both respective Universities (Aston and Birmingham City).
