Double Room To Rent in House Close to City

Hi there,

My name's Max and I live in this house with my girlfriend. She has had to go back to Croatia for a few months so I'm looking for someone to rent our spare double room for around 3 months while she is away. There's on street parking, washing machine, dishwasher, everything you'd expect kitchen and bathroom wise. We have a little yard too. We already have pots pans, plate, etc and you're more than welcome to use them. Bills will be just split down the middle. It comes to £217 (that's council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, and contents insurance).

I have a cat so it is essential you will have to be okay with him being around the house all the time. He's only young so loves playing and cuddling. If pets would be even potentially an issue for you this isn't the right house for you.

I'm 30, I work at a music store in the city. I'm a musician so someone creative would be a bonus. If you're veggie/vegan even better! I'm pretty chilled but do like to keep the house clean and tidy.
