I'm looking for someone to take over my current residence. The apartment is spacious, featuring a double bed, a large wardrobe with mirrors, and additional storage. My current flatmate is clean and quiet, making for a pleasant living environment. We're seeking a female, ideally, who shares these qualities. EPC rating: BCouncil band: Likely B or C, with tax exemption for students. Bills are not included but typically amount to £50-£60 monthly, covering water, electricity, and broadband. (electricity is usually £57, broadband is £26 and water varies but it’s never been more than £35. Conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive to Aston University, BCU, and UCB, and a 20-minute walk to the Bullring.
