I am currently living in an ensuite room at Altura, a high quality student accommodation provider in an excellent area of Birmingham within walking distance of both the University of Birmingham campus and the city centre.
I would however like to move out and so am looking for someone to move in. The length of the contract will need to end on the 31st of August, after which you can decide to extend your stay in the room or to move out. This makes it ideal for those who do not want to commit to a longer-term let.
A new tenant will need to pay a week's holding fee to secure the room and pay £250 per week. You can do so in either 1 instalment or 2 Instalments and will need to provide a UK Guarantor if wanting to pay in 2 Instalments. This is great for those who are looking for a short-term let (less than 6 months).
The room is furnished, with it's own bathroom and kitchen area with microwave and stove. All bills and amenities (e. g., water, electricity, internet) are included.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions!
