The double room is part furnished with fitted wardrobes, double bed. Any additional furniture can be added by yourself and to your own taste.

Located on the canal side of which is central location. You can see from the photos that everything is clean and the room is warm and comfortable with plenty of natural light.

It takes about 15 minutes walk along the canal to the city centre. Cycle is just under 10mins. The 101 bus stop is just a 2 min walk and the tram is just under 6 mins.

Parking is available.

Ideally looking for a female to share the house. Would prefer an employed person who does not work from home
If your work is 'hybrid' you would need to just work in your own room spare and not the shared areas.

The room is not for a couple.

The house has firbe optics, double glazed windows. Gas cooker and gas oven. a. microwave, kettle. But there is more than enough space for additional kitchen items to be added.
