Hi everyone!

My current flatmate is moving out due to a sudden change in plans and I’m looking for someone to takeover her contract.

This is a 2 double bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom, located on Broad Street, Birmingham, UK. It is easily accessible to city Center and close to restaurants, the gym, cinema, grocery stores etc.

The apartment has a gym and a 24 hour concierge. It comes with a Washer-dryer, dish washer, microwave, plates and glasses. The bedroom you’ll be taken over has a double bed and a large window which gives a nice view and brings in lots of sunlight! ☀️

The rent is 650 per person, bills is approximately 100 pounds and council tax is 102 per person ( if you are a student you will be exempt). Deposit is 692.31.

The contract will be from 30 June - 29 December 2024.

I am 22 and work remotely. I am clean, respectful and get along easily with people. I love craft related activities, going out for brunch or hot chocolate ( sadly not a coffee person), binge watching TV shows and I’m looking for a flatmate who I can hang out with but also will respect my space and privacy.
