To be eligible, you must be in receipt of benefits such as Universal Credit, PIP, ESA as this is only intended for those who are unable to afford to privately rent accommodation due to their personal situations. No students.

You will have access to an experienced support worker who can help with training, accessing work, accessing certain benefits (disability bus pass, foodbank voucher) etc.

We are a strict housing provider, so we are only looking for clean & responsible tenants.
