Attic Double Room Ensuite - Friends House Share

Live in a house with 3 other professionals aged 24/25, we are all friends from University who moved to Birmingham to start our new jobs.

The room is top floor attic room with a large ensuite. The room is very spacious with a built in wardrobe. You essentially have the whole 3rd floor to yourself including the landing at the top of the stairs. The TV and the desk of drawers its sat on is not included with the room.

The house is approximately 20 minute walk from city centre/new street station and comes with allocated parking. We have a very good size garden also. Its also right next to 2 parks sunset and moonlight park. There is a CO-OP which is a 5 minute walk away for groceries.

I am moving out as I would like to get a flat with my girlfriend.

My friends would like to speak to maybe TEAMS call those who would like to move into the room to ensure you will be a good fit.

Bills are not included in our rent, hence the bills are split evenly between all 4 occupants and not included in the price shown on this ad. The bills we pay come up to around 80 pounds. We will confirm this prior to you moving in.

The deposit I have listed is the deposit that we all paid individually when we started the lease on the house
