📍Lease period starts in June and ends on 8.31 (cover priority).
The current price is 265pw, now 150pw for sublet.
📍Location is right next to five ways station, just cross the road. There is a superstore downstairs and many supermarkets next to it. Basically, you can walk to many places, about 10min to the city centre, there is also a bus stop downstairs.
📍The flat has a gym, not particularly big but with a lot of equipment. There is a study space, there is also a small audio-visual room can play ps! (You can ask the reception desk for cassette tapes)
The room is on the 10th floor and has a window with an ok view, facing the road but with good soundproofing.
If you stay, you will keep some kitchen utensils and household items, as well as dumbbells for fitness, so if you need anything else, you can mention it.
