Looking for a Chill, Tidy Flatmate Room Available

Hey there,

We’ve got a double room available in the house and we’re looking for someone decent to move in. There are four of us living here at the moment – two couples and one female – all professionals, all pretty chilled, and all very clean and organised (and yes, that matters to us).

The house has three bathrooms, so you’ll only be sharing with a couple – no morning queue dramas here. The vibe at home is calm and respectful. We all get on, have our routines, but there’s always a bit of friendly chat in the kitchen when paths cross.

We don’t ask for references or put you through a long application process. We prefer to have a chat, get a feel for your energy, and see if it’s a good fit for everyone. Simple as that.

That said, and we mean this kindly, if you’re someone who leaves dishes “to soak” for three days or thinks cleaning rotas are a suggestion… this probably isn’t the place for you. 😅

We’ve got a lovely garden (great for a summer BBQ), a shed for bikes, and the area is quiet with shops and transport close by.
