Who This Property Is For

This accommodation is only suitable for vulnerable adults who require supported housing.

To be considered, you must:

Be in receipt of Housing Benefit / Universal Credit (housing element)

Be able to provide proof of vulnerability, such as:

A referral or letter from the council

A support worker, social worker, or charity

Evidence of support needs (e. g. mental health, homelessness history, care leaver status, domestic abuse survivor, substance misuse recovery, or similar)

Be willing to engage with light support and property management

Be able to live independently within a shared environment
