1 Bedroom apt - Own bathroom + balcony

My roommate wants to move out due to travelling difficulties to his job. He is planning to leave around December

I need a roommate who's willing to stay more than 6 months. Someone who is clean and mature. We would share the living room area and kitchen so would like someone who looks after this place and cleans up after themselves. The apartment is also furnished for you.

You would have a decent sized bedroom with a door that leads to a shared balcony (Biggest balcony with the building, wraps around from one side to another that connects to the kitchen). You will have your own spacious toilet which comes with a shower and bath.

Bills included in the price.
550 for rent
105 for Council Tax
Around 40/50 for electric
15 for WiFi.

750 is the average Per month.

Only bill not included in this is Water bill as it is charged every 6 months. Averages like 160 per person, per 6 months.

I'm 28 years old and would prefer a female as they're more reliable and more hygienic but I'm open to males. I don't have anything against guest visits as long as they respect the apartment and don't cause noise problems or a mess.

I'm a working professional with an IT job that is super chill. I also drive so I'm willing to do joint grocery shopping 2 times a month to make it easier for you to carry your shopping. A likeminded person who is laidback would be ideal.
