Double room in Billesley

Double room available on quiet street in Billesley. 10 minute cycle to Kings Heath, and plenty of parking. My previous lodger cycled to Brum Uni from here but she did say it was a trek. On a road bike or ebike it's not too bad. Yardley Wood station is a 15min walk away.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside table, drawers and wardrobe cupboard. I'd like to hold onto the sofa bed, but I’m fairly flexible with the rest. Large south facing garden that isn’t overlooked, and space for bike storage. The house has 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.

I work from home some of the time but I'm also out a lot, so you'll often have the place to yourself. I enjoy climbing and other outdoor activities, pubs, films etc.
