We have a luxury double bedrooms including a separate bathroom available at St Martins place, B15 1EF. The place has a gym, concierge and a cinema room. There are also meeting rooms you can book if you have a quick meeting with a client.

Less than 5 minutes walk to Tram Station and close to New Street Train Station and Bullring. Frequent bus services. Close to shops and amenities. Such as Tesco , Five Guys, Sainsbury and Nandos.

All rooms are fully furnished to a very high standard.

It’s a two bedroom and sharing with a professional, I am neat, and work at the apartment most times . I hardly have friends over and very respectful of your space.

This price includes bills. We offer two months notice should you want to exit the lease this will grant me enough time to find someone else to take over the lease.
