Lodger wanted:

As homeowners, we are looking for a lodger to rent (bills included), our spare room for a minimum of 6 months.

Note - A new mattress can be bought on request and furniture can be removed if you have your own.

About us:

A, 35 - Professional who works in London; Mon - Fri. Enjoys fitness, travel, cultures and world cuisine.

B, 31 - Master's student in Dramatherapy who lives at home full-time. Works part-time also in the Arts. Enjoys theatre, gigs, and reading.

We are both Black and POC, trans non-binary, hoping to share our home with someone who identifies as LGBTQ+/ BIPOC.

About the property:

Highcroft Hall is a Victorian, grade II listed building, converted into a gated community of apartments and villas (with secure, off-road parking bays). It boasts high ceilings and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Situated in a quiet area, birdsong is often the only thing heard from the window. This property is ideal for young professionals as there is convenient access to the city centre via bus and train also.
