Female housemate needed, En-suite, Gym onsite

Hi I am looking for a FEMALE housemate preferred to take over my old housemate’s tenancy.
The room is en-suite bathroom, shared open-plan kitchen and living space. I am the only other tenant.
Rent is 600 without bills, with bills around 760.
On site is a gym for residents, cinema and study room.
Flat has dishwasher and washer dryer included.
Area is Highgate, very close to city centre.
No designated parking but I have been parking my car on the road opposite for a year and had no issues. Safe area.
I work in emergency services so I would like someone respectful of each other’s space and schedules but I’m down to do social things as well!
