I’m looking for someone to take over the final part of my tenancy at Harriet Martineau Birmingham (Unite Students) from May to August. This is a short-term stay and can be extended if needed. Preferably female only.

You would only be covering my final rent instalment of £1,626.35(all bills included). No deposit needed (I have paid it already). Everything is already set up, and the transfer is done officially through Unite Students.
