Looking for 1 housemates from 1st January (single room) 2017

To join 1 young professionals and 3 students (PHD/undergraduate).

It's a lovely house, 5 bed house, owned by myself and my father. There is a drive and road parking on Heeley road. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from Selly Oak train station. 20-30 minute walk from QE hospital and Birmingham University.

There are 4 rooms - 3 double room (£305 per month)with either three quarter or Double size beds and plenty of storage. The room available from January has a single bed (£280). The fifth bedroom is mine.

Looking for young professionals or students. There are people moving in and out at different times and we are flexible in regards to length of contract.

Currently paying about £35 a month per person for bills - gas, electricity, sky broadband, TV and phone. My father pays water bills. We pay the above bills, council tax (price depends on number of tenants in employment vs full time education) and TV licence.
