The building has key fob entry for security and the flat has a shared lounge/diner, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with a washer/dryer, bathroom (shower over bath) & separate toilet. It is on the ground floor and has patio doors onto its own private garden. There is permit parking available on the road. Bills are not included and are shared between the 3 flatmates.
The room has been recently decorated and has a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
The current occupants are: - two music students (Masters) at the Conservatoire and are therefore council tax exempt. A professional taking the room will be liable for the council tax for the flat less 25% single person discount.
