House mate wanted!!

Hi There,

My name is Eji, the live in landlord advertising one double room currently.
two rooms are already being rented two other professionals.

The house is a beautiful 1920's property which I have completely refurbished. There is a big garden to the rear which is an all year round sun trap...ideal for entertaining, BBQ's etc.

As a house we enjoy socialising whenever we get the chance, but also enjoy chilling at the house, cooking and having some quiet time.

The house and rooms are furnished to a high standard. 156mbps Broadband and Virgin Media are available throughout the house.
This includes your regular channels, but also skysports HD. Also available are Netflix & Amazon Prime.

Along with the above, all utility bills including council tax etc are covered by the rent.

Two main bathrooms are available for use with each including a shower.

Transport links are good with the local train station a 20 min walk away. Birmingham city centre and the M42 are 15 mins away by car with Birmingham International airport a 10 min car journey.

All in all, the ideal housemate would be easy going, enjoy a good night out and bringing something extra to the house environment.
