Our house is situated in rolling countryside and only 20 minutes from Birmingham Airport, the NEC Convention Centre and the new Resorts World Birmingham. It's an ideal location to stay for working in Wythall (Phoenix Group), Solihull, Birmingham.
You can use this house as a rural base to explore the surrounding countryside and towns, enjoy the peace and quiet of the English countryside but still be within striking distance of some of the major attractions inside the United Kingdom.
The house has several facilities, safe and free parking. Local amenities are all within 2- 10 minutes walking distance.
Our house is clean, comfortable, warm, pleasantly decorated, with a quiet double room and your private bathroom next to the bedroom with a shower, bath and toilet. Comfortable double bed with quality bedding. Bedding will be changed every week and clean towels provided. Windows overlook a peaceful off-road estate with free parking in front of the house. Quiet, off main road area in a safe environment.
