Lovely Harborne home to share

I am looking for a female flatmate to take a double room in this lovely house, sharing with two female young professionals.

The house is on Tennal Road, Harborne. It's not far from Harborne High Street (with all its shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants) but has the benefit of having off road parking and a bit of peace and quiet. It's an easy 5 min walk to get to Court Oak Road to get a bus into central Birmingham. I work in the city centre either drive into work or get a bus through Harborne.

The house has been completely refurbished with a brand new kitchen, bathroom, carpets etc.

Downstairs there is an open plan living room and kitchen, downstairs toilet, a double bedroom and 2 big cupboards Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a spacious four piece bathroom with a huge shower and free-standing bath.

I have uploaded pictures of the house which is fully furnished. The room is a double and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

There are front and back gardens so we can sit outside in the summer and have BBQ's on the patio.

Looking for a like minded female (post grad students or professionals) who is sociable, friendly, and is also tidy and respectful of others.

All bills are included in the room price, including council tax, internet, TV licence for the living room, water and gas and electric and a cleaner every couple of weeks.

As the house has been completely renovated it is a really nice place to live- definitely not your typicalhouse-share.
