The apartment block is secured which you can only enter with a key fob and surrounding the building is a garden area and a private car park. It is located in B37 area, with access to Birmingham business park, NEC and the airport in less than 10 minutes by car. The two major JLR sites are also less that 5 miles away. There is also easy access to Birmingham city centre by car, bus and train.

Room has become available recently as my current housemate is moving out. Room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and two bedside tables but they can be removed if requested. Fibre Virgin broadband.
