Bedroom on the ground floor of a bungalow, suitable for professionals, single occupancy only. There is plenty of room on the drive to accommodate your car. The property has broadband. Bills are included with the exception of landline

House is very spacious and comprises of a large kitchen diner and huuuuuge garden to enjoy. My home is beautifully decorated through out, it has a shared bathroom which has been recently renovated with a powerful shower. House is big enough to ensure you get your own space.

I live with my daughter. We are a sociable bunch but also like our quite time. Both are vegetarians. looking for someone who wants a quite space and has a mutual respect for privacy.

Area has a number of pubs and supermarkets within walking distance. NEC and airport are a 10 min drive with a direct bus route too. Land Rover is a 1 mile away and Solihull Town Centre is 2 miles away both with direct bus routes.

Essential can be provided such as duvet and bed linen. Other essentials included are cleaning products and toilet paper.
