The property is close to shops and amenities and a 10 minute walk from Kings Heath high street. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the no.50 bus route, where buses run into the city centre every 10 minutes or less (normally every 3 minutes during the daytime).
This first and second floor duplex is always nice and warm (the beauty of living in a flat) with electric heaters. There is a shared garden and it is only 15 minute walk to Kings Heath park.
There is off-road parking available at the front of the property.
