From Acocks Green it is a 10 minute train to Birmingham Moor Street or Snow Hill. There are also regular buses (bus stop at the end of the road) to and from the City Centre which take around 15 minutes.

There is a large 24 hour Tesco at the nearby Swan Centre with many other shops and an Anytime gym. There is also a new Lidl at the end of the road. 

The house is well situated 5 miles from Birmingham International Airport with regular trains to London Euston taking just over 1 hour 10 minutes. The bus to Birmingham International takes approximately 15 minutes.

The house is pretty equal distance (3-4 miles) from both Birmingham City Centre and Solihull.

The house has a comfortable lounge, a large upstairs bathroom, two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and dining area leading to the spacious garden, a separate hallway and a storage cupboard.

The available room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and large chest of drawers.
