The house is a large 1930's semi-detached house on Bromford Road Castle Bromwich Birmingham (B36). I'm a live-in landlord and take pride in the home which is reflective of the high spec decor that has been freshly decorated and furnished.

There's a large driveway which can fit up to 6 cars and a well-kept very large garden. Large kitchen & communal area. Porch. Bathroom & shower. Downstairs WC. Opposite school & college. Local shops & supermarket just 5-10 minute walk away. Easy access to Birmingham city centre via car/bus and quick access via road links to Birmingham city airport.

A nearby bus runs directly to the city centre for commuters.
As this is a quiet, respectable neighbourhood, the ideal person will be considerate of low noise levels, appreciates a clean and tidy environment and private space.
