Shared lounge with TV, dining area, bathroom, kitchen, garden. It's a lovely house, quite cute and quiet. Plenty of on street parking outside. Wood flooring throughout except in bathroom and kitchen. Bike storage area in the back of the garden, locked gated entrance to bike path. Virgin fibre optic broadband.

Close to (all in walking distance) Moseley village, Ladypool road, Lidl. Five minute walk to the number 50 bus stop to centre and number 1 bus stop to Five Ways is within walking distance. Ten minute drive to city centre.

Swimming pool, yoga and dance classes and gyms nearby.

I'm a teacher. I'm happy to be sociable or for you to carry on and do your own thing. I like being out in the garden in the summer, watching series and films, cooking good food, going to yoga and dance classes and having a glass of wine/gin when I'm at home.
