We have a Large Double Room for rent. The house is in Kitts Green (B33) and is close to shops, and supermarkets and has good public transport links.
Chippy, Pizza Place, Chinese takeaway, Convenience store and a Lidl are all within a few minutes walk. Bus stops (72, 97, 14) are also nearby. Access to the M42, and M6 are within easy reach. Birmingham Airport and International Train Station, Resort World, Coventry Road and the NEC are also within easy reach.
Council tax and other bills are all included. Superfast, fibre broadband and WI-FI Internet are provided. Regular cleaning service and gardening are also provided.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk and a chest of drawers.
The kitchen is shared between the tenants, and so are the other communal areas, like the garden and the smoking shelter.
Parking is available on the private driveway.
The house has double-glazing throughout and central heating. Both the tenants are fully vetted and full-time working individuals. We will consider working professionals or couples.
A deposit of one month’s rent is required in advance.
