I have a lovely room available in a 3 bedroom semi.

The location is 5 - 10 mins drive to the NEC / Airport. Nearest motorway is M42 J6 and M6 J4 Coleshill. The property is 3 minutes walk away from North Solihull Sports Centre and 5 minutes walk from the main bus station in Chelmsley Wood.

There are 3 of us here, myself and partner Sean and Luke who has been with me for 3 years.

The house is fully furnished and we have a main bathroom with shower and a downstairs toilet...... lol... so there's no queues.

We have a garden terrace and off the street parking. Smokers no problem but smoking outside only.

I have 3 cats so a cat lover is a must. We are a family home and not the normal... locks on all doors..... I find these type of places cold, unfriendly and uninviting, which we are not. The way I look at it is that if i'm trusting you with my belongings, then I would expect the trust back and trust me / us with yours. Plus the cats like to change their places of sleep....

Quite happy for anyone to mingle and join us for food or drinks and the odd BBQ on the patio......once the weather warms up.

I do all the cleaning and if you smile nicely and I have time will take care of your laundry too... I acctually quite enjoy ironing.
