Hey future housemate! We’ve got one furnished single room (£380 per month, all bills included) available in our friendly, fabulous shared home — and we’re looking for someone amazing to join our little crew.

🧓 Burhan – aka Gramps (wise, chill, and effortlessly funny)
💪 Katrina – aka The Man of the House (the fixer of all things — and soon-to-be driver!)

We’re three young working professionals with FRIENDS-style energy. We love shared dinners, garden parties, movie nights, and the occasional trip to the Gay Village. The vibe is social, chill, and full of laughs (and cats 🐈).

• Furnished single room (£380 pcm) — single occupancy only (no couples)
• All bills included: WiFi, council tax, water, and utilities
• Communal living room with a big TV and all major streaming platforms
• Large garden perfect for BBQs, parties, and summer chilling
• Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom
• Weekly cleaning rotation + monthly professional deep clean
• Car parking space available (currently free — Katrina’s working on her licence so we can finally do big Tesco runs 🚗🛒)

We’re looking for someone pro-LGBTQ+, pro-immigrant, and pro-cats — kind, tidy, and ready to be part of a friendly, inclusive home. You’re welcome to have friends and partners over anytime, as long as you respect the shared spaces.
