Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my room, Located in Bagot Street Birmingham. Block A, Flat 5, Room B, Gold Room £151 p/w week - 44 week contract. This accommodation now costs £168 P/w on the website so you're getting a great deal :) The contract is 44 weeks long, starting on 08/09/2018 and ending on the 13/07/2019. Features include a double bed, en suite, free gym and weekly cleaners! Almost everything needed is walking distance including the city centre. As I have already signed the contract I cannot cancel the room so I need the contract taking off me soon.
