There’s no deposit or admin fees so you just have to pay the rent and half the bills ...ideal !!
The rent is £560 and bills £110
You only share with 1 flatmate a pleasant young man and
you will also have your own bathroom and fridge
The contract is for 2 1/2 months with possibly to sign for another year if you are happy there
I’ve been there 10 month myself and I love the place and the location is great but I just bought my own house and I’m looking for someone to take over my contract
The room will be available from the 1st of July
