Cheap Birmingham City Centre room to Rent

Hi,

I am advertising a room available in the Campus Living Village on Bagot street in Birmingham. This is a student accommodation. The accommodation type is a gold room with a three-quarter bed and extra storage facilities. The accommodation is right in the city centre and has nice city views. It is en-suite with a shared kitchen with 4 other flatmates. The accommodation is in a well sought out location and is one of the most popular halls of residence that gets sold out very quickly. The only reason that I no longer want to stay there is because I have received an offer from another university and can no longer stay in Birmingham.

The current flatmates are all extremely welcoming and respectful and all that is all they would expect returned from a potential flatmate.

Also I would like to mention that the standard rate of the room is £150 but because I arranged the accommodation early last year you would be paying £136 a week. The contract is for 44 weeks and the £250 deposit has already been paid too.
