Single Bedroom with En-suite

Student Accommodation – Belgrave View, Block B
The room is £116 per week for 51 weeks. The £250 deposit has already been paid.
I am looking for a full time student to take over my room contract from September 2020. My personal circumstances have changed and CVL have told me that I must find a replacement to take over the room. It would suit any 18+ full time student including International and Erasmus students.
It is a ‘Bronze’ all inclusive, en-suite room with a single bed, wardrobe, study desk and chair. Includes wi-fi, all electricity and heating bills. Kitchen is shared with up to 4 other people.
Belgrave View has a common area and a gym and laundry. There is car parking available and security on site.

Belgrave View is really a nice and quiet place to stay and student, the staff is super friendly and helpful when you need them.
Check-in date is 12th September but if the start of term is delayed due to covid-19 then CVL will move the dates accordingly. This room is in a great location, convenient for universities and the city centre.
