I am looking for a flatmate to rent a room in this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment. The property is new and is furnished to high standards.

My current flatmate is relocating and I will be moving into her room. My room will be available to occupy from the 30th of August. The room comes with a DOUBLE bed, a wardrobe, and 2 bedside tables. You will have your own spacious bathroom with a bathtub, which is located just outside the bedroom.

The house also comes with a living room which divides the 2 rooms for those who like privacy. The kitchen space is shared and has all the basic amenities (i. e., microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher) as well as lots of storage space.

To add, this house has an existing wifi setup, multiple heaters, and a washing machine.

The house has a council tax band of D. The bills are paid separately per month (roughly 150-170 per person), and I am flexible to work out a method of payment convenient to the both of us.

I am looking for a female flatmate who is outgoing, friendly, and cleanly. As I work from home, I would prefer a professional flatmate and a quiet space to work in.

The house is located right within the heart of the city. It is a 5-10 minute walk from Bullring, New Street station, Mailbox, and Chinese Quarter, it also has a convenience store open till late right outside the building.
