The Mailbox, Penthouse living

Beautiful furnished spacious apartment with a double room available in a duplex city centre apartment. The apartment has a fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezers and everything else necessary. There is a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom, there is an upstairs bathroom as well and the third room is ensuite. The living area is quite impressive but not as great as our lovely terrace.
We've got a gym in the building for use as well as a meeting room and there is concierge 24/7.

Located in the Mailbox with all the shops and bars at arms reach including tesco in the building and sainsburys across the street. Luckily the room overlooks a courtyard and the terrace overlooks a surprisingly quiet street so no noise issues here.
Also, it's only a short five minute walk from New Street station.

Your flatmates will be easy going, tidy, who love a chat and grabbing a pint every so often. We're also quite sporty and love to travel.
