We have one bathroom and a toilet and we live across the road from a convenience store where you can get your daily essentials.

Several bus routes are only a short walk from the flat and you can walk to New Street station in 15 minutes, or to Moor Street in 20 minutes.

Please note the new tenant will need to pass referencing and Right to Rent checks. As per changes in tenancy regulations, 2 months notice will be required t leave the tenancy.
