I am looking for a tenant to replace me starting from sep 2024. I have not moved in yet but will need a tenant replacement for my contract to be terminated. The contract is 44 weeks long commencing 7th sep until 22nd July 2025, £180 pw.
The room only has ONE bed, however it didnt allow me to put it down as one hence why it says 2 bedrooms. It is a double spacious room with a 3/4 bed.
5 min walk to Aston Uni and BCU. Train stations are within a ten min walk.
