(Students Only) En-Suite Room in City Centre

I've been living in this Student accommodation for the past 7 months, and honestly, it's the best place I've ever stayed. I'm only leaving because I'm going back to my country for the summer (June, July, and August), and I’d rather not pay rent while I'm away — so I'm looking for someone to take over my contract during that period.

It’s a beautiful and spacious en-suite room with a stunning view over Bristol Street. The room is very quiet and peaceful, with a clean private bathroom and a shared kitchen that’s always kept tidy. The flatmates are amazing — friendly, respectful, and everyone keeps to their own space. They clean up after themselves, so the flat stays clean and comfortable.

The rent is just £756.31 per month, including all bills and Wi-Fi, which is honestly a great deal for what you’re getting. If you like it here, you can even arrange a new contract with reception after the summer.
