I’m finishing university early and am looking for someone to take over my student accommodation contract from 1 April to July (end date flexible).

This is a premium, fully furnished studio with a private kitchen and bathroom, located in a building that’s very popular with exchange and international students.

💷 Rent: £200 per week
📅 Availability: April-July (short-term)

The building includes excellent shared facilities such as:
• Gym
• Cinema room
• Study & social spaces

The contract takeover will be completed officially through the accommodation provider, so everything is secure and straightforward.
