As I’m emigrating, most items in the room and shared areas that I personally own can be taken over if desired — including TV, drawers, kitchenware (plates, pots, pans, utensils etc.). This makes moving in very easy and cost-effective.
(The bed, bedside tables and built-in wardrobe are staying.)
